Phantom Routes is operated by Triple DL Pty Ltd. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.

  • Account details — name, email address and login credentials, used to create and secure your account.
  • Consent records — your acceptance of our liability disclaimer and when you accepted it.
  • Usage information — trips you plan, vehicle types and dimensions you enter, and how you interact with the app, used to provide and improve the service.
  • Technical data — device identifiers, IP address and diagnostic logs, used for security and fraud prevention.
  • Support messages — if you contact us, we keep the conversation to help you.

Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record); we do not see or store your full card details.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

  • Contract — to provide your subscription and the service you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain and improve the service.
  • Consent — where you have given it, for example optional marketing.
  • Legal obligation — where the law requires us to keep or disclose records.

4. Who we share it with

  • Service providers and subprocessors (hosting, database, analytics and support tooling).
  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers (legal and accounting) where needed.
  • Authorities where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
